Terms and Conditions
- Clients must book in beforehand, preferably with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- The client must pay for the treatment in advance or up front, or they will be refused treatment.
- Any contraindications or risks of treatment should be outlined by the Physiotherapist prior to treatment, however clients MUST make sure they make the therapist aware of any allergies/serious pathology/current medical conditions/current medications/any on-going investigations that may be relevant BEFORE treatment occurs.
- You may decline any treatment at any time without prejudice.
- Written consent from parent/guardian must be obtained prior to commencing assessment or treatment if the client is under the age of 18.
- Clients must be prepared to be discussed as confidential “clinical case studies” with other Physiotherapists/student Physiotherapists, and may be asked to act as a live case study during training unless the client states otherwise. The client has the right to change his/her mind at any point.
- All information/personal details provided by the client will be strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Physiotherapists may advise clients to see their GP for continuing care, and/or other Physiotherapy or health services to provide best possible care for the client.
- Qualified Physiotherapists are HCPC registered, and CSP registered.
