Club Structure

Sheffield Hockey Club is led by an enthusiastic and passionate Executive Committee made up entirely of volunteers who are committed to driving the club forwards, providing a playing and social environment which best suits the needs of both players and coaches from participation right through to performance.

The Club is committed to continuous review of its performance and development and has recently developed five themed development groups to oversee and develop the Clubs priority areas. This has not only strengthened the Club structure but has also provided enhanced opportunities for volunteers from within the Club to influence future developments.

Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Committee, Sheffield Hockey Club is following a coordinated approach to ensure that all four segments of the Club (participation, development, performance and elite are delivered to effectively.
