Sheffield Hockey Club

This Easter Sheffield HC will be hosting an Easter Fun hockey camp for ages 7-15 from the 2^nd to the 5^thof April.

The camp will provide young players with the opportunity to enjoy their hockey through games in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. All abilities are welcomed and activities will suit both beginners and current club members. Our experienced camp coaches will provide an action packed four days with opportunities to improve and expand hockey skills as well as winning daily Easter egg prizes.

The Camp will run from 10am until 3pm and each day will comprise of four hours of pitch time divided into 2 sections split by an hour lunch break.

All the coaches have England Hockey coaching awards, have experience coaching in the Single System Junior Academy Centres and/or Junior Regional Performance Centres. All of the coaches are all CRB checked and there will be qualified first aiders on site.

Where:

All hockey will take place at Abbeydale Sports Club, home of Sheffield Hockey Club. Abbeydale Sports Club has a quality on-site water based astro turf and excellent auxiliary changing and refreshment facilities.

It is situated on Abbeydale Road South, Dore, Sheffield S17 3LJ, the ground is easily accessed by car and 97 bus.

What you need:

• Standard sports clothing i.e. trainers, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, hoodie, jacket and wet weather clothes are a necessity.
• Personal protective equipment: Gum shield and shin pads. Gum shields will be available for sale at £5
• Sun screen, packed lunch and water container should be brought each day
