Remember the Indoor Hockey that was on offer before Christmas with Sportivate?

Well, Sheffield Hockey Club are proud to announce that we successfully completed the project and received the full amount of funding.

In order to get the funding from Sportivate and other Lottery funded programs we as a Club must achieve strict targets. Sheffield Hockey Club committed to delivering:

• Coaching to 32 regular participating attendees

Over the 12 weekes and using two venues we were able to achieve a total of 38!

There has been a knock on effect to this already.  In the Mens section of the Club several of the players who had never played Hockey before trying it out during our project have now joined the Club and continue to train on a Tuesday evening.

Its not too late!

If you are still interested in playing Indoor Hockey then Sheffield Hallam are now hosting indoor sessions on Sunday afternoons.
