Sheffield Hockey Club

Games got under way last weekend and a mixed bunch of results were had, so those that lost will be looking to right the wrongs and those that won will look to continue, it can't be that easy can it?

In the Mens section:

• Mens 1 - are dusting of the thermals and seeing if it is warm enough for them to start playing outside again, a friendly against the local rivals Doncaster should be just what the Doctor ordered!
• Mens 2 - looking to get back on the winning track with a visit from Stockton, the last encounter ended 5-2 not sure if that was Yellows or goals!
• Mens 3, 4 - are both in local derby mode!  Sheffield Bankers are the intended victims so hopefully 6 points here!

In the Ladies section:

• Ladies 1 - are off to Kendal, midtable, 2-2 draw last time, expect a tight game.
• Ladies 2 - looking.

In the Junior section:

• The Under 16 Boys side are off to Pocklington to play their round of 5 fixtures.
• The Under 12 Girls have 2 sides at Leeds University to play their 5 fixtures each.
