Sheffield Hockey Club

The rain and wind greet us for the start of the second half of the season.

In the Junior section:

• The Under 12 Boys side are off to Leeds University to play their round of 4 fixtures.
• The Under 16 Girls are at Pocklington School to play their 5 fixtures.

In the Mens section:

• Mens 1 - are Indoors in Hull for 5 fixtures against Preston, Cannock, Havering, Birmingham University and Ipswich over the weekend. To progress they need to finsih in the top 3 otherwise its back to the North region again.
• Mens 2 - are in operation indoors and outdoors! The Indoors version have 2 fixtures on Sunday and 2 more on Tuesday, sitting top of the league with 4 wins they will look to continue the form.  The outdoors version have a friendly against Leeds University in the evening fixture.
• Mens 3, 4 and 5 - will all look to consolidate their lofty league positions with the return to their league campaigns.

In the Ladies section:

• Ladies 2 - travel to Ben Rhydding for a hard game against a higher positioned team .
• Ladies 3 - play LA Carnegie and will leapfrog them in the table with a win.
• Ladies 4 - are up against Legolians who are mid table and could they be ripe for the teams first win of the season?
