Mens 1st XI

Sheffield Hallam Men’s 1st XI compete in the EHL Conference North, the second tier of the highest standard of club Hockey. In the 2010/11 season, Sheffield finished 2nd in the league for the 2nd year in a row but this time it went down to the wire, representing the best ever finishing position for the club, and consolidating the club's position as the leading team in Yorkshire.

The team prides itself on a professional approach to the sport, made possible thanks to the hard work and dedication of the players, coaches and support staff.

Mondays: 6:45pm - 8:30pm

6:45pm - Physical warm up
7:00pm - Stick & ball warm-up
7:10pm - Main session
8:20pm - Cool down and finish

Thursdays: 7:30pm - 10:00pm

6:30pm - Physio and triage clinic
7:30pm - Video analysis and pre-match briefing
8:15pm - Stick & Ball warm-up
8:30pm - Main session
10:00pm - Cool down and finish
