Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the hockey club will be held on Monday 21st May 2007 at Abbeydale Park Sports Club at 7.30pm in the Hargreaves Room. All club members are requested to attend.

Apologies for non attendance and nominations for Club Officers should be forwarded to the secretary before the AGM.

AGENDA

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM of 22nd May 2006, copies of which will be available at the meeting.
3. Chairman's Report.
4. Presentation of 2005/06 finalised accounts, and 2006/07 draft accounts, copies of which will be available at the meeting.
5. Acceptance of the above accounts.
6. Proposal for paying umpires for 2007/08. It is proposed to pay all appointed club umpires £5 per game. If agreed, cost to be met by increase of subscriptions by £10 (to £150) per senior member and £5 per student (to £75).
7. Election of Officers for 2007/08 year.
